Toronto Condo Market Report 2013-Royal LePage
A new report on the Toronto Condo Market from Realtor Royal LePage says home prices are expected to “flatline rather than fall in 2013.”
LePage went on to say that average home prices have outpaced wages for the last three years and the Real Estate market needs time to adjust.
Canadian home buyers are expected to see more choices and stable home prices this Spring.
Toronto home buyers pushed the average price of a two-storey home to $668,133, a gain of 6.2 per cent and a detached bungalow’s average price was $558,345, up 4.9 per cent year-over-year.
Toronto Condos average price for 2012 was $356,865 an increase of 2.6 per cent according to Royal LePage.
