Toronto Condo Average Resale Price-January
Toronto home prices moved up from the previous month by 2.7 per cent and are now 4.1 per cent above the average home price a year ago.
The number of property sales recorded an increase of 8.8 per cent from a year ago as well.
Real Estate in Toronto was as follows:
- Average resale price of Detached home $586,098, up 8%
- Average resale price of a Toronto Condo $321,475, up 5%
- Average resale price of a Toronto Townhouse was $359,467, up 9% (the largest gain)
Surprisingly, Toronto Condos showed some decline with the average resale price dropping 2,6% from December, but detached homes increased in price.
