The Toronto Real Estate Board reported 6,510 resales in November, down 13 per cent from November 2009.

Average Prices for Toronto Condos in the Central Districts of Toronto we follow (most active), continue to record mixed results, from a year ago.

North York Condos in the Central Toronto Real Estate District (C15) increased 9.26 per cent in average price, from one year ago. The Toronto Central Condo Districts below, showed mixed results.

Luxury Toronto Condos in ( C03) Central District averaged $771,278 for the month of November, up 46.04 per cent from just a year ago.

The average price for all Toronto Real Estate November transactions, including the GTA , was $438,030, up 5 per cent, from the same month, a year ago.  

The average price of Toronto Condos in several Toronto Downtown and Central Real Estate Districts for November, 2010 were as follows:
