There may be a recession but Toronto Home and Condo buyers made June, 2009 a record month for sales of over 11,000 homes.

The average price of all of these Toronto June resales was $403,972, an increase of two per cent from one year earlier.

Toronto continues to offer affordable Condos in various locations like the waterfront, downtown, midtown and North York locations

According to the Toronto Real Estate Board, “The re-emergence of seller’s market conditions has exerted upward pressure on home prices.”
