Calgary is now joining the ranks of one of the most expensive Condos offered in Canada.
A new high-end penthouse at the Astoria on Tenth will be the most expensive Condo in Alberta, asking price $10-million. The 4,400 sq. ft, two storey penthouse will include the following.

- Five grand balconies adding 1200 sq. ft. of outdoor space

This Condo penthouse price will be triple the sale price over the recent sold price of a $3.7-million penthouse in the 14-storey Lacaille Parke Place. Two more of the highest-priced Calgary Condos are listed at $2.7-million and $2.79-million both on the market.
Some of the most expensive Condos that sold in Canada were a Toronto Suite $25-million, and a Vancouver Suite for $18-million.
A Toronto billionaire that helped develop The Trump International Hotel and Tower is keeping an expensive 14,000 sq ft. condominium valued at $20-million in the same building.
Former Bank of Montreal CEO, Tony Comper is rumoured to have purchased a One St. Thomas Condo residence for $15-million.
A Hong Kong business man did not stand in line to buy a $25-million Condo penthouse suite at One Bloor East. This Toronto Condominium penthouse takes up the entire 80th floor with 360-degree views of the entire city!
Record-breaking prices will continue to appear on all of these high end luxury Condo markets as more and more developments come on stream in the next several months.
