The Aura Condo

The Aura Condo

The Residences of College Park will alter the downtown Toronto skyline with its 75-storey Condo tower. This tower will be the tallest mixed-use residential tower in Canada when completed.

The Aura Toronto design review resulted from its zoning proposals that were rejected by the city in 2006. The review process by several well known architects resulted in some minor recommendations that enliven the design in many ways.

You can see above, how the Aura Condos tall podium will interact with the intersection of Yonge and Gerrard. The review committee of architects went on to recommend a fourth floor, moved the tower further west and even suggested high quality glass so windows when seen from the street will look clear and transparent.

The Aura Condo Toronto, phase three of the Residences of College Park, is most unique in that the final design was the result of a design review panel of well known architects that were used to reach a settlement with zoning regulations.

New resale Condo Listings from phase one of The Residences of College Park can be found on my Toronto Real Estate website.
