Henderson Land Group from Hong Kong, is launching its first Toronto Condo project, Centro, just steps from the Scarborough Town Centre and the LRT.

Henderson is one of many top builders in Hong Kong and they have developed other projects in Vancouver but this is their first Toronto project.
Centro will be a 31 storey Condo with 250 suites containing one and two bedroom suites ranging from 550 to 1,700 sq. ft. A second tower will be launched in the future.
Prices start at $182,800 and include all the luxury amenities like indoor swimming pool, sauna, fitness centre and roof top terraces with barbecues and an outdoor fireplace.
