My recent blogs have been on the exciting Toronto Luxury Condos theme, but..most of them… have not been built yet..so now back to reality.
Yesterday, I was showing Toronto Condos in the $245,000 to $260,000 range with my client looking for 1 bedroom plus den in a central location.
We visited 210 and 220 Victoria Street in the heart of downtown, close to the Pantage Theatre and Eatons Centre.
Next was 115 Richmond Street,East steps to the St Lawrence Market and again a short stroll to the Eaton Centre.
We visited the City Place Condos Complex viewing Harbour View Estates at 35 Mariner Terrace and 361 Front Street West as well, all with great views.
Then on to one of my favourites, Waterpark City at 231 Fort York Blvd. Here you can walk to the CN Tower, CNE, Skydome and most important the shoreline and paths of Lake Ontario. To top it off the amenities here include the famous Oasis Health Club with state of the art facilities. The residents here really enjoy the summer months walking, bicycling, jogging and walking their pets in the nearby parks. From here you can also walk to the Toronto Island Airport and easily catch Porter Airlines out of Toronto for business or a long weekend!
