The 2006 Toronto Condo market was exciting and fast moving…with more and more Toronto Condos completed and new communities taking root.

I think there is such a great choice of Condo ownership here in Toronto, compared to other major cities like Vancouver, Chicago, New York and even Los Angeles. The price per square foot is still a value..London England, we won’t even go there to compare prices, so now we can see the real value in the Toronto Condo market.

I remember one Toronto Real Estate agent, recently, was asked (I think it was a ..”Lamb”)..anyway he said yes, a lot of Condos are going up everywhere, but..what happens when there are no longer downtown parking lots or garages to build, new and exciting condos on. The fact that these Condos are going up and filling up in a short time, shows that there isn’t any Downtown Condo sitting empty. Almost all the Toronto Condo units owned by investors are leased out quickly to renters..sometimes multiple offers on a Condo lease!

Well 2006 has been a great year for the Toronto Real Estate market and we look forward to a more exciting 2007!
