New Toronto Condo Design

Some Torontonians look down on the new Toronto Condo designs going up in the city at such a fast rate but there is reasons to look up as well. Recently a Canadian developer was awarded a “Leadership in Energy and Environmental Design” certification for a Toronto Condo building at Yonge and Sheppard at the junction of two Subway lines.

In Yorkville an elegant Condo including a landscape designed public square is receiving recognition as a new building bringing depth to the Yonge/Bloor area and further enriching our experience of Toronto.

We look forward to the results for the Ritz-Carlton, a 53-storey hotel/condo being built at Wellington and Simcoe. When completed this Condo designed by Kohn Pedersen of New York should be a stunning addition to our Toronto Skyline in 2009. One St.Thomas designed by Robert Stern will be finished before this and again will add greatly to the new highrises on the Toronto Skyline

At the corner of Hurontario and Burnhamthorpe in Mississauga comes a stunning new 50 Storey Condominium, The Absolute. Submissions for the design came from 70 Countries with 6 finalists resulting in this Word Class Condo.

Iris Li is a Remax agent in Toronto working in the downtown area of Toronto. You can visit her Toronto Condo website for further information on the Toronto Real Estate market.
